Thanks for shopping with Dance Unbound. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Digital Workouts
Our dance workouts are digital products. After your purchase, you'll receive an email with your access link — usually within minutes. No shipping required. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it right away. If you have any trouble accessing your workout, reach out and we'll get you sorted.
Merch & Apparel
Our apparel is made to order, which means each piece is printed just for you. Here's the timeline:
- Production time: 2–5 business days to create your item
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days after production (US orders)
- Total estimated delivery: roughly 5–12 business days from order date
International shipping times may vary.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 (US). Orders under $75 are charged shipping at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delays
Occasionally, production or carrier delays happen (high demand, holidays, weather). We'll always do our best to get your gear to you as fast as possible and keep you updated if anything comes up.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
